Of course a sport can have the same rules. It's about copying a text about rules. And not using it as a base or to get some impressions, no, a carbon copy.

I see that many here miss the most important point.

While copy- paste without asking permission or crediting original authors is contemptible, it's rather the fact that people who apparently have no clue about this game want to start a competitive league.

They are proud to announce a new ladder, with server settings rules which right now cannot be met (since their set does not explain "***" mark).

Noone even bothered to read what he was copying, so how can such a person be credible when it comes to solving important issues reagrding competitive gaming ?
Not to mention that we are still waiting for a funcitonal demorec, and punkbuster cvars list is far from being completed (but we are slowly moving ahead).

Is this only EU or is this for the NA scene as well? I clicked join and it immediately said country as Europe.
