Revolver with a bayonet and fists / FP grinders ideas I can get behind! But Im a fan of the more unconventional weapons anyway. Id like to see even just an FP grinder mace. It would make sense to fight specimens with specimen parts. They already did it with the husk launcher. Id even support a gorefast sword and a bloat puke bomb. That being said Id like to see a baseball bat. Simple but itd be awesome.

My thoughts on the damage being around the ak was, that the actual AK47 uses a beastly round. Especially if you get some of the older surplus ammo. The put a little more powder in them. I was also considering balance. It would be Ak damage WITH level 1 penetration. Giving it a advantage. The draw back would be longer reloads and overall less ammo. The LMG like that would be pleasantly different and offer a new style of game play without being ridiculous.

Secretly I want a Heavy Machine Gun for Support. Emphasis on heavy. Slow rate of fire. Belt Fed. High Recoil after the first shot. Alt fire tripod mount. PENETRATION !!! Oh baby. TBH I want Support to have just heavy weapons. I thought it was weird when the LAW was on the support perk (no bonuses) but in retrospect I like the idea. A heavy weapons perk to Support the team. Big Stuff. Niche Role.

*AA12
*Double Barrel (sawed off version for pistol grip)
*Heavy Machine Gun
*LVL3 Full body amour (Tougher than medic amour but without discount and movement speed penalty)
Sticky bombs or pipes (demo would get the other)

Would make other shotguns similar to Lar, axe, xbow, as far as pricing. That would be a fun diverse perk to play.

Hmm heavy weapons expert? Possibly, a new perk for me to rank up :p

if u ask me a new support perk would be great. that could give increased movement speed, limited insta heals. slows, fears, taunts, silences, stuns,

this could also lead to a completly new playstyle. if u where to use one of these babies you need the team to support you to buy them because they dont do damage. so if ur team want to have a teamate that can slow down fleshpounds they better invest money into that guy.


as I see it today. m99 is ballanced with the 5000 cost, just make these support items somewhat expensive and we are talking :)

lMG 08/15 German light machinegun variant of the Maxim used in WW1. High accuracy, high damage, quite low rate of fire for a fully automatic machinegun of this caliber. Heavy as hell, probably 14 blocks in-game. The low ROF and extreme weight would make it quite controllable, but it should only be able to be fired from the hip. Replacing the coolant in the barrel jacket to keep it firing would be an interesting mechanic.

Still, I know there's pretty much no chance of this being added unless a modder likes the idea and runs with it. The community seems to hate the idea of a true machinegun.

There are a lot of weapons I'd love to put into KF, but my problem lays in that I can't texture and I don't have the arm rig from KF for Maya. Beyond that, I could actually make models for a number of weapons I like, animate them, code around, and put into KF. But yeah... the main issue is the KF arm rig that I don't have.

Even though I haven't coded for UE2.5 in years... it can't be that hard to get back into the swing of working with Unreal Script when I just have experience laying around dormant! Stupid arms...

Why you ask? Because that entire description of lulz was so epic, I can't help but have the desire to see this in-game.

i want that gun in kf so bad zerg like you wouldnt believe. not because of the description but because its my absolute favorite revolver of all time. that revolver would defiantly give fps and scrakes a run for their money and put some serious hurt on them.

I think he made a mistake in that description, because he says the gun weighs 6 pounds whereas each bullet weights 10?

i think he means when the gun is loaded with the bullets it weighs 10 pounds doesnt make much sense if the bullets weigh more then the gun its self that sounds crazy.

Very true, and the very weight would be a nice tradeoff, being 5.5-6 pounds, 12 pounds total when using the weapon, basically making it so you can only equip a machete, or pipebombs, or both :O, while giving off huge firepower. (the 5.5 is just in case Gunslinger does get added, therefore capable of dual-wielding them with a slower RoF then the .44 magnum, slower reload speed, but with larger firepower (bigger then the Handcannon totally)

He also said that the bullets are 8 inches long... I think that page is a joke.

then it doesn't belong in the game :I the Xbow/M99 already wtfpwn FPs/Scrakes in Normal-HoE games, why get another one that's basically a small M99 pistol? Plus remember the fact you're seeing a man holding an M99 AMR in a standing position, and not sensing any recoil at all or swaying. It should be a dual-wielding weapon that takes up your space, imo.

to make this undualable is basically saying a big "F**K YOU" to Gunslinger/Dual Wielder perks (if they will ever get on TWI) and thus give Sharpies more love then needed.
