I can vouch for that glitch, i played ost on a crappy laptop and my framerate was on average about 25, but when there was a lot going on on-screen, it usually dropped below 20
Now with a ppsh, the no recoil thing happens if your fps is below about 16 or 17, it happened to me a LOT, even in clan play (I once got 5 kills in 5 seconds because of it

), but I wouldn't consider this an exploit because no one WANTS to have a terrible fps and I never intended my fps to be so bad, it just happens to people with low quality rigs. Not to mention that between 17fps and 30-fps, the recoil of the ppsh was doubled, due to another recoil bug with that gun. so in the end, the ppsh was a nightmare for anyone with a low end computer, cus one second it would have no recoil, and the next it might turn itself into an anti-aircraft weapon
