Changed video settings - Game Doesn't Open

Well as the title suggests i changed my video settings and the game wanted a restart to take effect.

But I cannot access the game since!

Here's the REPORT.

I mean, I would enter the game to change the settings back to normal but I can't even do that..

Any suggestions guys?

Thanks, just remember to never change your graphics settings to software.
