This month was our first birthday and if you look back you can see that we've come a long way and we think the road ahead isn't that long. We have all weapons we initially planned in the game, even though there might be some last minute additions. Tanks make good progress as you can see in this update and our testers are having fun with the mortar for quite a while already. For those that think that a picture says more then a thousand words, we will once again please you with some new pictures. As a start we've got something for the bolt rifle lovers ,the Austrian made Mannlicher 95 rifle.

Of course saying we "got the rifle ingame" wouldn't do it justice, there are quite some first and third person animation in the game. Here's a shot of the reload animation. Don't focus too much on the gun or you will miss a glimpse at one of our new maps: Faleshty.

But we didnt forget about the other weapons. The original Romanian designed SMG, the Orita, will be available on Nalchik. As you can see, this gun also made great progress in the animations department.

And after a long wait we are finally able to show you our ZB-30 ingame. One only needs a quick look to see that Polygon skinned this weapon, and he certainly did a great job there.

If you have followed our updates you probably already know whats next. The tanks. You already saw the renders of the R-35, but now you get to see it on the battlefield. Nestor already mentioned some features that make this tiny tank fun to fight with and against in the interview that was recently conducted. The map you see is Chisinau, made by dasKaRma, but enough talking, let's see some pictures.

So far we haven't shown you much entirely new stuff, but of course we don't want to dissappoint you guys in that departmentl. That's why we got you some new Soviet armor. Despite its weak armor it makes a pretty good match for the R35 with its comparably strong cannon. What tank are we talking about here? The Russian T-26 light tank ofcourse!

Renders are always nice, but it becomes really interesting when you want to know how those light tanks look on the battlefield. Well, we can satisfy your curiousity:

Thats it for this time, we hope you enjoyed the show. Like always we want to say that we are still looking for dedicated guys in all fields, be it coders, animators, sound engineers, skinners, modelers or testers. Just head over to our application forum and post a link there.

That stuff looks awesome, way to go guys!
Now I know normally it's only the vehicles that get nicknames, but the mannlicher 95 sounds too much like 'man licker' so I think that man licker should be the nickname.

Wow! I realy like the color work in the maps, the trees & grass look great in Chisinau & Faleshty, not over saturated yet great gamut.
Nalchik looks cool too. Looks kinda like a Vampire town, Vlad would feel at home here. ;)

So cool to see the tanks in action on the maps! Awsome progress CC crew!

Fixed!!

Captain Obvious is truly a master skinner, his work always amazes me. I also like the skybox on Faleshty, I don't know why but I love looking at pretty clouds and blue sky.
