Can't Start Game, Crashes upon Launch

Hello, I just purchased this game via Steam and have had a problem launching it. It will start up, then immediately crash.

Here are my specs:


Windows XP SP 3
AMD Athlon 64 X2 5600+
3 GB DDR2 RAM
NVIDIA 8800 GTS
MSI K9N Neo-F Socket AM2 ATX Mobo
Onboard soundcard

Running AVG Internet Security 2011

Someone once reported problems with AVG stuff, could try shutting it down?
