I had submitted a ticket through support.killingfloor2.com but never received a confirmation email. I did manage to register and login to see my ticket but also never received the email to complete the account setup.

This usually indicates the email is being caught and sent to spam by your email client or service. You may want to make sure the support email is on any allowed/cleared list and check the spam/deleted folder.

To any bypassers that experience the same problem:
Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook will filter twi support mails by default, meaning you probably won't see a reply. If the mail does get through you'll find it in the spam folder. Prevent this from happening by disabling any filters before you submit the ticket.
