cant join game after leaving from one

the button becomes gray and i have to close the game and when i try to close it it says that the game is trying to close but its not so i have to close steam and open it everytime'

This is not something we have tracked before. Are you running any antivirus or firewall software that could be interfering with the game and soft locking it?
