Cant do Biotics Lab OBJ. mission [Multiplayer]

No matter what I try for the mission, I always get put into a lobby with 1 other player, who is stuck on unready, with it saying "MATCH OVER Please Stand By..."
This is making it impossible to do on any other mode other than solo.

Weekly Find a Match

Anytime I try to use find a match with the weekly it just goes to the match over screen with people joining and leaving. It never starts a game. I can create a weekly game but no one ever joins. No issue with other match types.

Unable to find match

Every time I click to play Endless under Find A Match or Create A Match Either public or invite only it always say No Servers matching this search settings were found.
