Hey,

i cannot reproduce the issue in the first two screenshots (u say spaces is in use, so these two were made while spaces was activated?).

the latter however seems very familiar to me, as i have the same x1600 chipset. Does this happen for you while being in the main menu or being in a game as well? If the latter is the case, have you tried switching of Motion Blur in Settings -> Display?

greetz,
gitano

Both in-game and in the menu...

The same garbling occurs with the menu, I've can attach screen of that as well if needed. Motion blur being off did fix another issue for me, not this one (assumed as it wouldn't have any affect on the menus anyway)

And yes, Spaces is activated. The issue occurs in either Space (I use 2).

Yeah, got ya with the spaces.

Mhm, strange for me that issue doesn't actually appear when in game, the window stays black for a few seconds (MBP1,1 here) but then the game runs just fine in the window. Until i switch back to the main menu -> go fullscreen -> then windowed again and try to CMD TAB out of the window.

Could You maybe also try to attach or post a log here after that issue happened? (KillingFloor.log is located in ~/Library/Application Support/Killing Floor/System/).

I was able to test this on a different computer with a 2600HD, the issue did not occur. I am not running Spaces on this machine.

I'll post up a log tomorrow, I'll also try using the window without Spaces enabled.

I was able to test this morning...

The issue still occurs even with Spaces disabled. Here is a copy of the logfile:

Alright are about to start testing a new mac patch that should fix up the ATI motion blur issues (along with some other things), but your windowed mode problem is not one of them. That is still being looked into.
