cannot use online features(PS$)

I installed the game and upon launching it I got a message saying some features are locked until install completes, there wasn't anything installing and the game was up to date I played the tutorial, and still nothing and then I deleted and reinstalled and still nothing

Many PlayStation 4 games use a feature called PlayGo which allows you to install part of the game in order to play the game faster while the remainder installs in the background. For Killing Floor 2, this means you can play Basic Training and Offline Survival on Evacuation Point until the rest of the game is fully installed. Sadly, this is not visually represented on the PS4 XMB UI but it is in fact installing. The time it takes to fully install is roughly equivalent to the time it takes to complete a full 5 waves of a normal short match on Offline Survival. Please be assured that is working as intended and be patient for the game to install itself fully.
