Cannot complete german commander tutorial

From what I understand from the original post it will send you to one more german mission then you are done with the german campaign. I haven't had a chance to try it yet as I'm still at the office.

Had the same problem found this in another thread. Type this into the command line
open SP-12_RedOctoberFactory_Ger
You will skip to the next mission.

I did it on first attempt today, putting arty marker in the A star on the map.

This should have a hot-fix NOW! The game is unplayable in singleplayer and I have payed for being able to play the game!
