Can we get even vague idea when new content will be released?

I have heard TW say that they plan on being in EA for roughly 6 or so months, and since there is a LOT of content that has yet to be implemented I was wondering if we could get some implication as to how frequent new maps, perks, weapons will roll out? Or at least, announce when big updates are coming?

main thing i'm worried about is amount of maps. there is alot of perks and weapons to be implemented, but we have no idea how many maps will be in full release.

never used unreal sdk but i'd like to get into map making for kf2, just waiting for some tutorials on how to make maps for kf2. i love map making, i've spent hundreds of hours just making one giant map on some games but no idea how to use kf2 sdk.

That is kind of the only real downside to making these big, complex maps with dynamic lighting and destructible environments...it takes WAY longer to create then maps on U2, but honestly I care more about # of maps, weapons and perks are what I care about most. I have played the classic KF maps 100s and 100s of times and never complained.

I've been thinking the same myself, as far as I can see, KF 2 SDK is very similar to UDK. If you search some tutorials on UDK, they might contain most of what you need.
