Ok, I've seen this a lot, and people like to jump to conclusions and consider themselves veterans remembering the "good ol' times it was about fun and not stats". Yeah we know, I also played games years before and I would buy and play this game even if it didn't have stats. But it is supposed to have.
You see I like stats cause I feel like all these hours of gameplay are actually recorded and depicted somewhere. I don't care if they are bad or not or about leveling. I just like to see in detail what I did all that time. They also push me into trying new weapons and techniques and discovering more about the game. So I feel kinda dissapointed when I finish in the top places after a good match and all is lost. "But what about the fun you had ?!!?" It is still there but it would be even better to level up a bit in the meantime.
I also play other games and I am also not really the fanatic type who can't stand a 2 hours delay of the beta or something. I can keep myself busy with some others things, and wait some time to enjoy the full possibilities of the game when the guys hopefully fix these last problems. I don't see anything wrong about that.
