Not sure about whether you will receive a guestpass straight away, but I'm pretty sure you will later on, and TW have also indicated they will be having free wekends at some point in the future.

As far as skins go..the game isn't out yet, but I'm sure there will be additional skins to download when people make them after release, if that's what you mean?
