You can do full destruction, as long as you model all the destruction you want. It is time consuming however. It is why games like BC 2 had the same 6 or so buildings in every map.

I could of swore that JG on the interview with Markee Dragon said that there is a destruction such as opening holes in buildings,houses but not bringing down everything to the dirt cause we will lose on the MP experience and there wont be any places to hide in cover.
Edit: My bad didnt read it carefully,if someone wants to mod it himself,but stock RO2 comes with partial destruction which I think is better for MP.
