Bugsplat/temp space error

Hello

Every time i open KF2 i get the bugsplat error window and "Unable to create error report. Please verify that there is enough space in your TEMP folder"

I have tried unsintall/reinstall
Modifying the KFEngine.ini file
Deleted KF2 folder in Documents/My games and the folder just reappears when i open game
Verified integrity of game in steam
Modified temp folders

None of this has worked. Please help

You have your game on another disk than the system disk, so you have this bug that is in all Tripwire games.

Right?
