It work for me getting it running again :)

1. Uninstall KF2
2. Delete KF2 Folder @ Documents/My Games/KillingFloor2
3. Delete KF2 Folder @ Steamapps/common/KillingFloor2
4. Re install KF2
5. Run KF2 frm Desktop
