The banner pops up then a full screen white non-responsive window opens then crashes

Windows 8.1 x64 bit
GTX 765M

DEP/UAC disabled
Deleted my docs/etc.config folder
Tried verifying cache
Tried running the .exe
Tried running admin + windows 7 compatibility mode

FIX. Read other people's threads about it running on integrated graphics card. Changed it to my primary and it's fixed
