BS Voice Chat

I keep voice chat on so that if someone is trying to lead or provide information to help the team, i can hear it.

But it bugs the hell out of me and is very distracting for folks to use the chat system to talk politics or you name it, anything except the game play for the ongoing game.

We have Squad Chat option, A Team chat options, and an All Chat option. How about a BS Chat option and those who want to BS use that.

I do not mind the BS if it is not interfering with the game. So get it on a different channel and let folks opt to mute out this one channel if they do not want to hear non game related comments.

And the answer, to just Mute all chat is not the answer because like i said, some use chat for the intended purpose.

They still wouldn't use it.

I went into the config files and forced VOIP off. I got so tired of hearing choppy, garbled, messy audio from peoples $5 microphones about garbage that isn't even related to the game. Or people that join 5 minutes from the map ending and act like they can boss everyone around.

I must say, after disabling VOIP, my gaming experience has gotten much better.

Can you imagine what would happen? Enemies would troll you by screaming out insults. You try and rush in to kill them, and they'll be waiting for you and they will be like "trololololol" over your dead body.

Yep, that was the server i was on that prompted me to make this post. What even made it worse is they thought they had the right there to be talking about any damn thing they wanted, and you were the one that was the problem. They were distracting as hell! i just could not listen to them anymore and dropped.

Ever come across that guy "NOOB" he has some weird face in his name too. He uses some kind of synthesizer to deepen his voice to make offensive and racist comments over public chat. He's probably 12 and sounds like Justin Beiber.

Its called being friendly and having conversations with people, its nice and fun, what games are designed for.

Although, most people dont even go near the Voice chat, so its like a wasteland out there, feels very lonely.

Anyway, there is rarely anyone being tactical, so....don't get your hopes up.
