The only 'warcrime' the western allies commited was bombing civilians from the air!

The others were way too isolated to bother mentioning, as it was usually individual troops (instead of whole battalions like the germans/japs!)

Bombs with phosphor are now recognized as anti-social, this was not the case during the last World War...

The idea that a phosphor bomb could sometimes not have been recognized as "anti-sozial" is so grotesque it defies description.

They never trialed 'Bomber' Harris.

Regarding the video, whispering while under artillery fire sure is smart, not to mention whispering to your men from the top of a windmill. The German AI seems to be a bit dumb as well, not noticing the player when he's standing out in the open and crossing the road or when he misses those first few shots in the barn when he's behind the Germans.

Hmmm, would eighty-eights have been used as field arty? I thought they were strictly used for AA and AT duties, although I am sure they could have been used in a pinch. I would more rightly expect to see a 15cm or 21cm gun dealing out the punishment. Oh well, I'll still buy the game :p

Yeah i hope they fix that whispering. But wether he whispers or not, is based on if the Germans have seen him or not. The arty is just level-bound i guess, and doesnt mean he's been spotted, hence him whispering.
Would be nice if they did something distance-related with it too.
What would be really nice in terms of AI is the other group in the barn coming to check out the gunfire, now they just stood in place.

At a distance he shouldn't say anything, and just use the hand signals - assuming he has a clear line of sight to the team he's commanding.

They were used in the field as direct and indirect fore weapons, using HE rounds or AA rounds against Infantry.
