Hi I have finished the game and realized at the end i did not have the bone fins from killing the apex great white shark I am not sure if there is a way to fix this or do I have to play the entire game again to just get that fin?

This is the exact issue with me. Everything else in the game is complete and it is stuck on 99%
I really hope a patch fixes this as I won't play through again.

Bone Fins are unlocked from defeating Apex Mako. Bone Tail comes from the Apex Great White fight. Do you mean you are missing the Tail?

I'm missing the shadow teeth. I'm on ps4 and could not unlock the southern most landmark for dead horse lake. I logged in today to see it's discovered but shadow teeth are still grayed out on the landmark even though it says 100% completion on everything. Also science experiment, Queen of the wasteland, Queen of the ocean, tourists are not achieved.

Hi, the latest patch hasn't fixed the issue for me. It out my progress up to 100% where it was previously stuck on 99% but still no Bone Fin. Swam around Golden Shores for half an hour or so too.

No, not yet. My save game loaded up in Golden Shores, swam around for a few minutes, then fast travelled to the other side of the map swam for a min or two then fast travelled back and did another lap of Golden Shores and nothing popped up yet.

Exact same problem but with the bone teeth. Completed the game today with 100% in every region and I for sure killed the Apex Barracuda. Playing on PC through Xbox Game Pass.

Thanks for letting us know your platform, sadly we had hoped that we wouldn't see this as there are experimental fixes on that build that should have prevented this from happening.

I am on Xbox one and actually got the bone fins and went to the grotto and equipped them. Had them most of the day and decided to get my infamy up and beat a few bounty hunters. After about the 3rd one I died. I know it told me I had received the mineral evolution and adrenal glands. When I died and respawned my bone fins were gone. I have the achievement checked off in my log but they are just gone.
