Helloooooo? TWI...WAKE UP?! The Guys with non Englisch Game Version wait for a STATEMENT or solution or Patch or something.... so we can play again the unplayable Game without that horrible Bug!

This is ridiculous.

Oh god... Is it so hard to fix blur effect on damn non-English versions? Just find something in English versions that differs from other versions?

I suspect it has nothing to do with the game itself, but with how the game files are deployed via Steam. When you switch to a non english language the effects package seems to be missing or to be corrupt. Why don't you switch to english, backup the effects package, switch to whatever language you desire and copy back the files? As a temporary workaround of course!

Changing the game to English (in Steam - properties of RO2 and chagne language) fixed the issue. After it it downloaded some files, applied my language fix - voila.

Still cant find a logical reason why ingame language can cause something like this

when you switch the ingame language, then alot of files are changing, not only sounds and text (strange but true).
by the way, the sounds you use are not complete.
(german audio files in rogame/cookedpc/packages/audio = 26,3mb)
(german audio files in rogame/cookedpc/sounds/deu = 49,8mb)

If so they still got to fix it speaking to the steam guys! Not everybody is able to do those changes. And of course it's not the job of the customer.

Giving us a statement would work for some time, but just not reacting will make people angry!

Thank you for this.

I tried to substitute the Files in the "Engine" folder with files I made a backup from the English localisation, but that didn't work.

I will be in Ireland this Weekend, hope things get better when I'm back.
