Black Squared Blood

as the title suggests occasionally when I enter a server all the blood is black squares. the game doesn't crash its "seemingly" random, i get no errors. Also I believe the explosions create black squares at the same time but I don't remember witnessing both on one server...
any help would be apreciated

I had black boxes isntead of blood msot of the time when i had my textures set to lowest;rising it helped getting real blood
