Black screen after kicked

Hi Guys
Has anyone come across this? I was playing on our own server got kicked for team kills and when tried to rejoin, I get connecting to and then the IP number /index.rom and then the screen goes black and it hangs and does nothing?

Got it sorted now it was something to do withg being locked out of password setting, rebooted server it ok now but it was still very strange
