nice :D
They further the gritty atmopshere and feel quite nicely, well done.

I sort of wonder what the other zeds look like though ;)
Thanks man! Umm the Scrake doesn't really look different even tho I did a bunch of things to him. The Crawler looks the same because putting blood on black doesn't work lol. The Fleshpound is reddish with some new blood and I haven't seen if the patty is different. Ohh the bloat is just red.

ahahah nice one, but seriously does it look blacker then the original?

no, its too far away and I can barely see the zed, might as well the differences.

Here's my suggestion: if you're going to use cheats, why not use "Playersonly" ? It freezes all specimen in time, and lets you walk freely around, and is practically made for zed screenshots.

BTW, use SCAR; not using that probably caused all the confusion since SCAR and Scar are two totally different things as you probably know by now . Sorry to have to inform you of this, but it must be said for the betterment of forumkind ;)

And in answer to the question, not in the first one. It looks pretty much the same as the old one; but in the others it looks the same but with heavy shadowing on it. The tan colour comes through the black and kinda disfigures the attempt at blacking it out.

I hope that helped.

Thanks on the help! I am glad that someone told me. Next time I will have to just make extreme changes so it can be noticed better. Also the other ones wheren't meant for the SCAR but they do show the shadowing flaw. One of my first so there is sure to be flawes.

Tbh, all it looks like is a fully desaturated scar with the original texture in tact. Which is something you may want to keep because TWI did do an impressive job on the s C a R, so if you want to retain everything on it and still give it a quick little black/semi grunge paint job, consider 1 of Stefan Morrells methods for adding in paint super quick.

http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?t=373024

The paint parts down a little ways.

If you dont want to read through the article, in PS, use the paint bucket tool, set the tolerance to something low, make sure "use all layers" up top is enabled and go crazy with the paint fill. Will need some tweaking/masking and leveling but should turn out fine.
