Black Day July

I've been spending a lot of times on tank maps, I just plain suck on Infantry only maps. Really, I have only been to a few, bad computer with 512 Mb of RAM occasionally locking up while loading a map. My favorite map is Black Day July, It reminds me about a mission on Call of Duty. But for some reason it doesn't rain, I hear the raindrops but none is coming down. I have all my settings on low, still it lags with a lot of people. What settings do I change to make it rain and any Sugestions to make it not lock up?

resolution on 800x600?
also you have to enable weather effects in the graphics options to see the rain

and change all your sound settings to low to see if that helps (not sure if this does help)

Set world detail to "high."

This is my ini file. It is already modified to counter long map load times - they will load faster. It also has some other graphic's tweaks. If you want to use it, put it to your Red Orchestra system folder (save your original ini first)
