.bik Loading Screens for Steam Workshop Issue

Hello.
I thought that calling out and getting this issue fixed was being managed by someone else who posted this earlier in the Discord but -
Update 1.3:

Misc

  • Modders can now submit .bik files to the Steam Workshop
brought modders/Steam Workshop community the .bik Steam Workshop support so we can submit custom Loading Screens. The issue is, they work, but they are not activated unless they are manually brought to the SteamApps/Common/RisingStorm2/ROGame/Movies folder, which it will play as intended. The Steam Workshop does not point to for the file even when it is downloaded in the package into MyGames/RisingStorm2 directory as well as the INI pointing to the file, and therefore the downloaded file is not used and instead the client plays a frozen Main Menu screen while the LoadingScreen.bik should play, until they are loaded into the map.

As a result, the tool must be updated to detect and use the .bik files inside the MyGames/RisingStorm2 directory and play them appropriately for all to enjoy!

P.S. We would like to get a tutorial as to how to create a .bik with the right Vanilla dimensions because RADTools as far as I have tested always creates a smaller resolution .bik video and therefore the automatic Map Name and Info Text gets sloppily misaligned, as well as the After Effects template with the default loading screen with the red smoke and mirrors and all that to include our own map screenshots and footage like the Vanilla loading screens.
