Reproducible: no

Sometimes the ppsh doesn't start firing when you press the fire button, you have to re-press the button, this is very annoyng cause you always loose the first shot and they kill you

I don't know if this could be related to the stuttering I have only on barracks map.....

I have experienced this with all the weapons on barracks.

similar problem with semi-auto weapons, some shots won't go off and I have to click again to shoot.

missed several enemies because of that faulty rifle =p

Happened to me a couple of times too, with the ppsh and one rifle (dont remember which).

Happend also with the mp40 and not just in Barracks, also in Apartments.
I think it's related to holding right-mouse button in the same time you're pressing the left ... not sure though ...

Happened to me too on barracks with K98 indoors.

there 3 bugs with the PPSH
1 u fire it only fires 3 rounds then ppsh stops then u have to release and fire again
2 you press fire and nothing happens release and fire again
3 u stand 1 m away from a germans back aim middle of his back 30 rounds later he turns and kill u , and he never dies

1 almost always happens
2 happens 2 out of 8 times
3 can be lag but has happen over 10 times

Exactly the above happened to me yesterday on barracks, did not notice it with any other weapon or any other map.

if you just fire without aiming at anyone there no lag
but as soon as you aim at someone you get the lag
all weapons

Can be any gun on any map BUT its mostly on Barracks.

the fact is that is so difficult reproduce the bug, I tried now on an empty server and all worked pefectly

Happens a lot to me aswell, i think it has to do with the ability of not being able to fire when your close to an object

Good idea, I'll try to reproduce it in trenches/near walls

I originally thought it had something to do with ironsights as well, but today I experienced it when hipshooting as well.
