All seems very logical, but I dunno, all I can say is these things have a tendancy to be just theories, and nothing more, TWI hold all the cards here.

Would be quite awesome if they had someone come round and wake you up shouting Russian War slogans at you - "One receives the beta, the other downloads it, if the one with the beta gets killed, you pick up the beta, and shooootttt."

Oh also, didn't they say they would announce it the day before? as I read somewhere in this thread. No announcement, no beta, surely?

i have been thinking this too it also explains the complete lack of response from the devs (seriously if its not happening today why not just say it). maybe they are still trying to make the original deadline but its not certain if they can still make it, or they are just laughing their asses off at the forums knowing in a few hours everyone will be back to kissing their asses again.

I imagine they're probably going to be at the office pretty late with the impending deadlines and all, there is still hope!
