Out of those that I've played and were on the list, it's Bioshock for me.

Crysis, for me.

Though I got to say that, for example, Crysis can't compete against the Witcher since some people that might love FPS might hate RPG...

Valve did a great job with the Orange box, and I just can't get me enough of that TF 2, even though I have quite a few of those games on the list (and want most of the rest!).

Have just started the witcher and while the story may be good im not too fond of the gameplay, i think it may become repetitive. Over all ill vote for TF2! though it would be the orange box as it is the best of any gaming compilation ever. ( except maybe settlers 1, chaos engine 1, termintor 2 arcade game and cannon fodder boxset for the amiga. )

There are a lot of steamers around, but TF2 was a nice surprise.

Best game since RO:Ost. no question.

For me it is Call of Duty 4 - purely for the multiplayer. It is the only game that has kept me away from RO in the last year, and that is enough of a pointer for my tastes.

Still Team Fortress 2 for me, as i kept up playing that game longer then any other game that came out this year.
The Witcher is a very close second.

And why didnt Stalker make the list? (still would have vote fot the witcher for its superior story-telling and meaningful choices.)

I said Team fortress 2, it's the most fun i have had in an MP game for quite a while.

CoD 4 was good for a while but now it is getting boring.
