Best Mutator for increased zed counts?

Just wondering, based on experiences of others here, what the best option currently is? I'm not looking to make a 32 slot server - just increase zed spawn #'s. My goal is to make medium length games a bit more exciting.

I don't really care if it is whitelisted or not - but I'm sure other players will likely prefer this. Either way...

The maxplayers mutator has options to mess with the zed spawnin system while still having a choice of keeping it to 6p
