I think stabbing is appropiately lethal.

Sometimes I need to hit people 3 times.


And the fact that people don't pay attention, doesn't make the bayo OP.

Also, jumping someone from around the corner in a building, is probably what the bayonet was for anyway.

Yes, plenty of complaints about this overpowered weapon was filed during both world war 1 and world war 2, but unfortunately the high commands of either side refused to listen to reason and continued using this obviously overpowered weapon despite the protests.

Also, both the russians and brittish (and later americans) complained about the MG42 being overpowered and needing a nerf, but the germans just cited the fact that the russians had the PPSh 41, the yanks had the tommygun and the brittish had the piat... so they never nerfed it...

I like the way the game actualyl models where the bayonet hits, oh you hit me in the arm? Well I'm just going to shoot you. Someone stabbed me in the arm yesterday, so I turned round and clibbed him with my SVT!

Its normally 1 stab 1 kill to the torso

Bah, the normal bayonet is NOTHING compared to the ballistic bayonet!!!!

I was just bouncing ideas around with a friend and we came up with a ballistic bayonet...Instead of a ballistic knife, you would have a ballistic bayonet on your gun!

A Tazer-bayonet might be good. you fire it on a piece of cord, it connects, you're opponent does a jerky dance, wets himself then snuffs it.

It would be nice if everytime you stabbed someone, they did the slow bleedout/blackout.

It's not often you instant kill someone with a knife.

Fun Fact: During the development of the rifle grenade, attempts were also made to produce a "rifle bayonet". This attachment was to be mounted over the barrel of a rifle. When fired, the bayonet would shoot off, impaling the enemy.

Experiments were stopped when they realized that bullets do the exact same thing.

10 kills with bayo, 7 with shots at folks outside <3.

I am quite a fan personally, although these Russians may not be, it was a frenzied moment when the red mist descended i only remember wildly fired shots, screams and one Russian desperately drawing a pistol.
