I don't mind it, usually works alright for me very rarely do i get kicked out of my spot and if i do i just choose something else, i can use all weapons and classes effectivly. Just take it as a chance to choose something new to do.
I usually except it but keep my class. But if a player is clearly not doing his job, i won't hesitate to kick him out if i know i will do it better. --> thinking about the marksman class.
Man does that class get such bad players using it. Why would the guy with the fastest computer get this particulary difficult and important class. I'm willing to compromise for this feature really when half of the time the sniper dosn't do anything usefull(thinking commisars house russian side, aiming at the building in the open area, theres always german snipers and mgs there, the russian sniper SHOULD BE dealing with this really), then again you do get people kicking people out of a role and doing a worse job simply because they don't know how to use the class.
Maybe depending on how you do in the game you should get a commision for a particular class. The most accurate rifle man --> marskman or elite rifleman. The better squad leader --> Commander. I don't think the best assault should get squad leader because sometimes squad leaders do alot of talking and organising and don't get points for it so....also squad leader place is usally free even if you get in kinda late. But i guess you guys get my drift?
