Banner issue

I have replaced the banner in the welcome page.
It shows up in web admin CP
But it does not come up in the game server welcome screen

I have 2 banners one is gif and the other png and neither work
The sizes are right too so not sure why

we have the same problem in our server, also, how lon after u fill the application out does it take for your server to become ranked?

Stopped your server, check your ROGame.ini file, make sure the correct entry is there, restart your server. Might be one of those entries that needs the server to be restarted to take effect.

Are you sure? It shows up in the webadmins even though it's too big for the game. I think it's 180px max height.

We have a bigger banner than is allowed but it simply re-sizes it to the maximum height and width.

Can you post a link to your gif and png file? The Reddit server is empty at the moment so I can test to see if its on your end or an image issue.

Also, here is the image I currently use. This works fine on my server:

I tested the png from warpig on the server and it works fine for me. Here is a copy paste from my server welcome message:

I will note that if you put too much text in the ServerMOTD line, nothing will show up. This happened last night when I was adding some additional information. Try adding just the image and just a small amount of text in the ini and see if that works.
