I remember reading about this in the latest weapon stats PDF where Sirens take 2.25x initial damage and 2.25x afterburn damage from fire weapons. This is compared to the 1.5x initial and afterburn damage most other specimen classes (Barring the Fleshpound) take, and the 2.25x initial + 1.5x afterburn damage that Bloats take.
