[How Do I?] Bad or normal fps for my rig?

GPU: GTX 970 SSC
CPU: AMD fx 8350 @ 4 Ghz 8 cores
RAM: 16 Gb
Windows 10

I get 30-50 fps on high settings, i have deleted and reinstalled with no fps fix. really sad that i cant at least get a constant 62 fps when a friend with way worse GPU and CPU can get 62 on the same settings.

You sure your set to use the GTX 970 and not some integrated card? Can you run nvidia inspector to show GPU usage in game?
