But I seriously hope the M16 (if it is one) isn't some BF3supatacticool variant.

Edit Oh hey, I just noticed that other barrel crossing over the apparently M16 one. I wonder what that is.

If it's a AR family rifle, it better be a HK416/HK417/LR-300 or I will SERIOUSLY uninstall KF the moment the update comes out.

Do you think it might be a temp reskin of weapons? As we've had 3 reskins of ZEDs TWI might be doing something different.
Although what appears to be a nade launcher on the AR might throw this out.
I can see new weapons just causing crap loads of problems. There isn't really much they could add in the terms of function.

This is bad already. We haven't even gotten the update, and people are already complaining because it will either be

1. If its new weapons they will bring buggy gameplay or the wrong guns
2. If its new models for the zeds, they will be nice for an hour then considered ****ty
3. If its not completely new zeds or a new gameplay, it won't be good enough.

I mean come on guys, stop complaining about free content they spend countless hours producing. If its new models for the zeds, be happy, if it's new guns, be even happier cause all people have done is complained because you've be asking for new guns for months/years, and if that's what it is, then you know that TWI truly listens and just decided to do it on THIER time.

Reguardless of what the update actually is, TW I greatly appreciate good companies like you and Re-Logic (makers of Terraria) because you guys give out awesome new content for free instead of releasing $10-$15 bonus content. I for one will be buying a 2nd copy of KF if I can when it goes on sale during the Steam Christmas sales.

The more I piece this together, the more I'm liking the fact it looks like demo is going to get a machine gun / launcher out of this deal, which is sweet, demo only has launchers at the moment which limits its gameplay.

that or. a berserker having, both nade launchers and katana :/ ouch... well when I think about it... every "close ranger" class with a m32/m79 is kinda overkill....

I don't think it will necessarily be overpowered. If it actually works to use both the rifle and launcher, it'll probably be similar in effect to having both a M79 and a AK or Bullpup. Rifle fire will be mediocre but sometimes useful for demo, grenade fire will be mediocre but sometimes useful for commando.

The rifle on top looks neat too. It's likely semi auto, clearly has a scope, and it's probably high capacity. Those features should make for a nice new sharpshooter weapon. Maybe it'll actually fill the role I hoped the M14 was going to.

Of course, this is all conjecture and it's not even totally verified that the silhouetted weapons directly relate to anything at all. But I doubt TW would expect us to not 'sperg out over it and get our hopes up, so I'm guessing it really is a proper update with those new weapons.

good, good, but i have yet to find a solid idea what that big block-ish thing in the bottom right panel could be ... from the roundish object in the bottom left panel im tempted to say minigun, although im sure to be disappointed.
(im also tempted to say entirely new class )

i like the idea of an extinguisher and it looks like it .. a little ... but i cant be sure.

i do know i have seen the shape before.. somewhere ... looks like a handle of some sort.. (again, fire extinguisher-ish )
something new for the firebug would be nice overall...

but to be more realistic i have to say there are at least 3 or more weapons hidden in that blob of white.
