AA12 actually sucks, I prefer a handcannon and pump shotgun. The pump is better, and 1/10th the cost. It has more range and damage per shell, and you can reload and fight one shell at a time. I have used the AA12 a few times, wasn't really impressed by it.
For the record, I have 50M dmg as support, and regularly play HoE, so I am not just guessing about it.

How many aa12 shots does it take to kill a 6 man HoE Scrake? I'm pretty sure it's more than 20 shots, while a 6 man HoE Scrake will die to 3 well placed pump shotgun shots and a very well placed hunting shotgun alternate fire. If you don think its possible to get that without it raging on HoE, ask Rainy or any other player that plays with me regularly. It's not that hard and totally doable. Also just to make sure this isn't even touching an axe, katana, or any other zerker weapon.
Also for the person wanting a clip fed shotgun, check out the white listed 2.6 (I think that's the version) of the IJC weapon pack, as the have a Kel-Tec Shotgun in it. The KSG is a bullpup style shotgun.

who cares the machete is pretty much useless, we are getting new weapons!
So can any other melee weapon, even the knife.
I see a chance for me to switch perk...finally!!! I practically only play support, because support is a so very potent class.
Ironically that is the main reason I don't play support
I look forward to this release and hopefully getting some real KF players back. Just spent 2 hours playing with glitchers, exploiters and lamers. We thankfully got demolished at wave 10/10 by a unlucky double FP&Siren spawn in the tunnel on Manor.
I would have resented that level achievement every time I saw it had we won. Saved me the trouble of having to decide whether to quit before the end
I find myself quite interested to see what roles these weapons will play as far as balance goes. I feel a debate coming on![]()
I have read some past posts complaining about overpowered weapons, etc..
After a while such reading becomes boring. TWI should decide this time!?
