How do I create automatic console messages. Things like apologize for all TK's or be kicked, etc.

In the redorchestra.ini there is a setting called
MessageOfTheDay=
maybe that is the place for it.

I already have message of the day. That only displays at first connect. I want it to repeat as a console message. Anything would be helpful. Thanks.
