I'd assume air filtration device and / or an oxygen tank.

I find that the "banana guy" contains a lot of comedy value to me.

Glover with the flamer is nothing, try running into a room you're friends are camping with that skin and a machete 5 points if you survive the first 10 seconds

It's up to server admins. There is a variable called FriendlyFireScale and by default it's 0%. Mine is at 25%.

If you're joining a server through the Killing Floor server browser you'll see settings at the bottom left hand. There's a setting called Friendly Fire Scale, if it's above 0% then friendly fire is on.
