Level Design asking for idea about lensflare

Hello! I got into new problem and came here to ask help.

Is there a way to size up lensflare component? I want to cast luminous light that shines from far distance so players could see it by chance while they use trade pod.

But emitter fades after passing specific distance(less than 320*16 grid, donno exactly) whether I change draw distance or not.

When I select emitter, It shows its lighting range like below image. but when I change viewport to game mode I see nothing.

I've checked official maps if there is an example that I can refer to build my own. but no answers found.

I'm completely fresh noob this ground. please tell me your opinion.
 
Particle Systems (including Lens Flares) have their own render and fade distances set within their individual particle systems. You will need to duplicate the PS and edit your own version of it. If you look around the properties of a PS long enough you will find the fade and culling distances to change.
