Armor Penetration Performance vs. Range to Target?

I was more thinking of the very high BHN on thin armor plate (such as the armored cars) - from memory, well over 400, if not 450... probably very good at stopping small arms - disintegrates when hit by anything big

yeah...I think I said that above in a previous post . Everyone used HHA on APCs and ACs. That's alright, I should know by now that anything beyond a paragraph in a post is unlikely to be read on an internet forum.
