Theyve already said they have a bunch of stuff lined up for free dlc's my guess is they are prioritizing on bugs/glitches first.
Theyre going to add the 1943-1945 maps and weapons DLC for $15.
Like what the other said, first fix the bugs/glitches then work on future content.

Lets hope the Stalingrad theme is not the only time period they want
to focus at only.
At the moment, there are some weapons that i miss and hope that
they would be added later - like PTRD or MG42.
Only one tank per side is another thing that i think that would be
changed and its just not ready at this time.
At the moment, it looks so that some weapons had to be the same
at both sides class, to match the teams for team switch.
The loose of realistic weapons at each side is another BF:BC2 and
team switch victim
to focus at only.

Yeah- no. Not sure if serious, but none of those are related to the game's timeline and/or viable gameplay wise.
