That depends on what u understand as singleplayerstats, I guess there will be singleplayerstats like 10 frags 5 time killed or whatever but if nobodys there to compare those stats why you want them? Maybe Im a but I dont understand? Or do you count the amount of frags u made in other fps?
I like singleplayer stats for myself, not interested in showing how big my score is, i generally don't talk to other people about it. Stats don't have to be online or linked to some online account, but they need be the kind, that automatically totals all the gameplay moments on one page. As far as i remember, i always loved the stats. I remember how Duke Nukem 3d used to show monster kills in the end of each level, i was though sad that it didn't show it by monster type and so on.
edit: Only reason i show them here is because you asked, i'm generally not interested in showing them to anyone at all, its like a private hobby in gaming lol.
I just like them. If i ever had a chance to make a game, my game would have a very detailed singleplayer stats page, from where you can find how many shots with each weapon, how many kills and even which enemy type kills. Sort of excel sheet with weapons from top to bottom and an enemy kills/hits go from left to right. But thats just what i would do. Not interested in competive multiplayer, at all.
For example, i recently bought Medal of Honor Airborne and sense the discovery of totaling stats page in that game, i have played trough every single level over and over again. I have 9000 kills, there are 6 missions in this game and on average i noticed i kill from 130-200 kills. Mostly its around 140-150.
Uploaded this image like week ago. I have played few more missions sense that, so its now around 9200 but you get a point.

In Torchlight, i even set up a quest to reach to a 1 million kills by constantly going trough same dungeons. So far im around 360 000 kills at the moment, started this "quest" about mid-august 2010. Based on a last screenshot i made, its around 360854 for now.

But in reality im near 364 000, just havent updated the screenshots page, yes there is a whole directory from first day every day i play it, by the end of a day or by morning i make a screenshot of my stats. I have had 2 days when i literally play like 18 hours straight and make like 18-22k kills. On average i get like 1000-1100 kills per hour, makes a loads of hours you know, well over 300 in fact. Kill count variates depending on how many monsters are generated each time, sometimes its a lot more than usual, sometimes its a lot less, but it always tends to be over a 1000 less or more.

In Red Faction Guerrilla i had around 10 000 kills when i stopped playing. Or was it around 8 000? Can't remember. In Just Cause 2 i have around 18 800 and i still play once in a while. I also bought all 3 DLCs for Mafia 2, yes i also got "PS3 exclusive Betrayal of Jimmy" on my PC somehow. I Have played Jimmys Vendetta for about a week and i have around 1500 enemy kills, some missions i already have played more than few dozens of times. I still keep playing it by the way.
I think this totaling stats is a one way to greate a sense of progression, sense the storylines of singleplayer are very short and i don't want to dump the game after few play troughs, neither i don't want to jump to a competive multiplayer bandwagon. For me a singleplayer has never been, can't never be and will never be a "training for an online play" or "warmup before the team deathmatch" or something.
