Everyone talked about multiplayer stats, but i was hoping for single player stats. I don't care about multiplayer because i rarely ever play competive multiplayer at all. Is there any chance for single player/coop stats? I doubpt you can complain about them much, can't you?

That depends on what u understand as singleplayerstats, I guess there will be singleplayerstats like 10 frags 5 time killed or whatever but if nobodys there to compare those stats why you want them? Maybe Im a :troll: but I dont understand? Or do you count the amount of frags u made in other fps?

As far as I remember I think was JG who said there will be online stats for MP,I dont remember him saying anything regarding coop stats.

The tread that was discussed a lot was regarding implementing KDR in MP stats in HOS,I was trully against it but I see that a lot of new comers are interested in having KDR,so maeby TWI will include KDR in the stats, and as for overall stats he said there will be available to be tracked on the website, but we dont know the details of the stats.

As for coop SP stats,we have to waith for an answer from the devs, maeby someone will spit out something regarding that....who knows.

I like singleplayer stats for myself, not interested in showing how big my score is, i generally don't talk to other people about it. Stats don't have to be online or linked to some online account, but they need be the kind, that automatically totals all the gameplay moments on one page. As far as i remember, i always loved the stats. I remember how Duke Nukem 3d used to show monster kills in the end of each level, i was though sad that it didn't show it by monster type and so on.
edit: Only reason i show them here is because you asked, i'm generally not interested in showing them to anyone at all, its like a private hobby in gaming lol.

I just like them. If i ever had a chance to make a game, my game would have a very detailed singleplayer stats page, from where you can find how many shots with each weapon, how many kills and even which enemy type kills. Sort of excel sheet with weapons from top to bottom and an enemy kills/hits go from left to right. But thats just what i would do. Not interested in competive multiplayer, at all.

For example, i recently bought Medal of Honor Airborne and sense the discovery of totaling stats page in that game, i have played trough every single level over and over again. I have 9000 kills, there are 6 missions in this game and on average i noticed i kill from 130-200 kills. Mostly its around 140-150.
Uploaded this image like week ago. I have played few more missions sense that, so its now around 9200 but you get a point.

In Torchlight, i even set up a quest to reach to a 1 million kills by constantly going trough same dungeons. So far im around 360 000 kills at the moment, started this "quest" about mid-august 2010. Based on a last screenshot i made, its around 360854 for now. http://i405.photobucket.com/albums/...t Stats/Cyberdaemon-Stats112.jpg?t=1294605973

But in reality im near 364 000, just havent updated the screenshots page, yes there is a whole directory from first day every day i play it, by the end of a day or by morning i make a screenshot of my stats. I have had 2 days when i literally play like 18 hours straight and make like 18-22k kills. On average i get like 1000-1100 kills per hour, makes a loads of hours you know, well over 300 in fact. Kill count variates depending on how many monsters are generated each time, sometimes its a lot more than usual, sometimes its a lot less, but it always tends to be over a 1000 less or more.

In Red Faction Guerrilla i had around 10 000 kills when i stopped playing. Or was it around 8 000? Can't remember. In Just Cause 2 i have around 18 800 and i still play once in a while. I also bought all 3 DLCs for Mafia 2, yes i also got "PS3 exclusive Betrayal of Jimmy" on my PC somehow. I Have played Jimmys Vendetta for about a week and i have around 1500 enemy kills, some missions i already have played more than few dozens of times. I still keep playing it by the way.

I think this totaling stats is a one way to greate a sense of progression, sense the storylines of singleplayer are very short and i don't want to dump the game after few play troughs, neither i don't want to jump to a competive multiplayer bandwagon. For me a singleplayer has never been, can't never be and will never be a "training for an online play" or "warmup before the team deathmatch" or something.

Well...RoHos isnt that kind of exping game where
you are killing 100k of yellow pigs in holy swamp to
getting your macig sword skill to level 95, so that
you can use The sword of Allmighty.

Its multiplayer game, and singleplayer thing is
just more like place for practising.

So i say forget the stats hop in to server and
help your team best way you can.

Anyways, best RO players usually doesnt got much
points/stats as they concentrate helping their team.

First of all, i don't kill 100k monsters to get anything at all. I don't care about the so called "macig sword skill level 95" so i can have "The sword of Allmighty". In Torchlight for example, in last 200 hours i haven't picked up a single item i would put into a use. Never. Stats are for stats themselves, not to get some special weapons, items or quests done. Period.

Second, how can petray my team, if i never play competive multiplayer?
Fore me, the game is either fun or competive, i can't have both, most of the time. This is just personal preference, i don't care if you play mostly for SP, coop or MP.

I would help my team out in coop, IF the cooperative game is well done and not some crappy campaign mode like World At War had where you just rush trough the games environment in a fast "mini-blitzkrieg". A good "mission" or "map" lasts for hour or even many hours, then its truly fun, not 10-20 minute missions like in CoD :(

And its just that i want stats for themselves, not for showing off or demonstrating. They are for myself, a personal thing. I don't care what other people think of "my stats", i care what i feel about them. I don't care if i can't see the stats immediately during or after each gameplay, but once i'm done with the playing the game, i wanna be able to go to some stats page in some menu page and see how it has progressed. Thats only reason i have played MoH Airborne for like 60 hours so far.

I don't think anything has been mentioned about SP or Coop stats, but they have let slip that people can earn rank in the SP campaign, and for that to be possible, i guess there would have to be some kind of stat tracking there.

So maybe? Probably yes? that's about the best i can do for you..
