Approved server companies...?

I'm sure I saw a list somewhere of three server companies that were recommended/approved by TWI that obviated the need to apply for ranked status but for the life of me I cannot find them again. Can anyone point me in their direction?

I'm going to set one up and do this properly. Also reverting back to our old unit as nobody seems in need of a 'lone wolf' pub-using outfit (penal battalion).
