It seems a bit strange where you start a reload, then zed time starts, but the zed time reload bonus doesn't kick in for the reload - you have to cancel out of the reload (with a melee, etc) and press reload again to get the full effect. It's would be more intuitive if the remaining time in the reload were sped up. Similarly, it seems strange that the sped-up reload time persists after zed time ceases.

I can see where you're coming from but at the same time, i feel like the fact that the sped up reload time after Zed Time's expiration is part of how Gunslinger and Survivalist play. Gunslinger because his perk weapons have slow reload times and Survivalist because jack of all trades, master of none.

Ah, my main concern was the reloads which were started before zed time aren't sped up - the removal of the bonus after zed-time was just to keep it consistent. If they want to keep the bonus for in-progress reloads when zed time expires that's fine by me.
