Apex Barracuda Crashing Xbox One X

The cutscene introducing the Apex Barracuda plays and just as it returns to gameplay, the game crashes. It’s done this every time I reboot the system without fail, which I’ve done now about four/five times. I’m worried if I continue I’ll break my console. I’m really not one to moan about things but I’m really disappointed as I’ve been looking forward to playing your game for ages and...well...I can’t play it...

Are you playing a digital download or a DVD copy?

I’m playing the physical disc copy.

Check the disc for scratches. It's probably a bug on Tripwire's end but with a dvd scratches can cause the same issue. Just playing it safe. You could have gotten a bad disc.
