Anyone working on a "tryhard" medic perk yet?

Hello there, I'm your friendly neighborhood tryhard, or so I'm told. And I would like to know if anyone has started working on a medic without auto aim and making it more defensive? Like what the medic used to be before they turned it into a sissy perk. No offense to people who like sissy medic but I need something more difficult.

Practicing my "positioning" and my "grenade positioning" skills are not really my idea of fun. I need my high octane aggro, tank, heal, perk fix or I will go insane. If I have to shoot another person with no effort I think my hand will die of boredom before I do.

So if no one is working on one I would totally help in what ever way I can. Just say the word and I will "tryhard" to help you. Anyways, just wondering is all. Worst case scenario I just learn to mod and make it myself. :D

Unless you're going to host a server yourself (or play solo) so that this mod could be run, what would be the point?

Of course, if someone wanted to make a "Killing Floor Classic" (amusing acronym, there) mod, that set everything to how it was in KF1, that would include this sort of thing.

Or some other kind of larger "balance" or "hardcore" mod. But realistically I just don't see someone making a mod for JUST this.

(better to petition Tripwire for a choice between homing or non-homing darts as a skill choice, otherwise)

Well the way I figure it there will be players who want assist and players who don't. The ones that don't will probably be running their own hardcore versions of the game as a hardcore server. That is why I'm planning this, or trying to.

Yeah, I'm just saying, it's far more likely they'll work this into a larger mod with a lot of OTHER changes. I can't imagine anyone running a modded server just for ONE gameplay tweak by itself.

If you look for other people interested in making a "hardcore mod" or a "KF Classic" mod, you'll probably find more support and be able to work the dart thing into it.
