Why have electronic cigarettes when you can have an even safer alternative:

But seriously. If one wants to stop smoking, it can be done without any down-titration products. It just tests your will to quit. One just needs to grow some balls and just quit. I did. I smoked one to two packs per day (20-40 cigs) for many years. And when I quit, I just quit. Sure it felt like hell. But I can comfort you, after a year it gets easier. :)

But like they say, once a smoker, allways a smoker. Even now I sometimes find myself thinking about how good it felt to have a cigarette...

Ok. And I take some of my words back. I understand those people who have smoked pack or more per day for let

It's cuz people are pussies and don't want to bother going through the year or so of feeling like **** and cravings. Well tough **** people, grow some balls. Or at least find something else to be addicted to.

I don't respect people who allow something to control their lives so willingly. And you can't say ciggs don't do that. Everytime you go out for a smoke break you are simply just doing as it commands.

Actually yes i have, I had a severe addiction to sugar a few years back. Which is why i'm hypoglycemic now. But I got over that addiction. It wasn't that hard, it was just that I didn't want to get over it so it seemed hard at the time.

An addiction that most people have like caffeine can be just as hard to get as say, alchohol. The level of difficulty really depends on how much said substance affects your brain, as your brain will crave it the more its affected by it. Nicotine affects your brain pretty heavily though you can't really tell.

And since you know that, you also know that it's harder for one person to kick the habit than it is for the other. It's not always the "balls" as much as it is the person's brain being susceptible to developing (and keeping) an addiction or not.

just cuz someone is more susceptible to obtaining an addiction or has a harder time somehow getting rid of it doesn't excuse them from being able to do it. all people can kick their addictions. that has no exceptions.

i dont pity people who cling to something to cope other then their own willpower and personal strength.
